DOLEJS REALTY ~~ A Century of Service

In 1901 - Mathias Dolejs constructed a commercial
building at 26th & Troy Street in Chicago, establishing
a business venture that was carried on by Andrew M.
Dolejs, In 1958 Richard A. Dolejs joined with his father
to enlarge the offices and enhance the services from property
management to realty sales and insurance.

A move was made to modern facilities at  3607 W. 26th Street in
1965. Together with opening branch offices in the Pilsen
area, created a most effective sales and management
proficiency! During this span of years, Richard A. Dolejs
served as President for multi-terms with the Little Village
Real Estate Board, Little Village Community Council,
Little Village Lions, and many other civic organizations.
He found time to preside over the Farragut High School
Concerned Parents Organization during the remodeling
and rebuilding of Farragut High School.

While presiding as President of the Chamber of Commerce he was solely responsible for adaptation by the community of the
name and theme, "Little Village" which exists successfully
to this day. In 1969 expansion into the western suburbs
resulted in an office being established in North Riverside.
Mr. Dolejs continued his civic contributions by serving as
President of the West Towns Board for several terms,
honored in being selected "Realtor of the Year" twice
and elected to the exclusive "Realtor Hall of Fame".

The sales activity increased while franchised with Century 21
with an additional office in Lyons. In recent years
"Property Management' has become the focus of the
company although sales activity continues. At present
management of apartment complexes and condominium
associations are the principal activity in which the company
engages. The office employs a full staff of property
managers, administrative staff, and salesmen all carefully
trained and ingrained with the enthusiasm and competence
necessary to ensure that our customers receive
the best service at the most economical cost!!
